Patti began her professional career in 1978 with MassMutual where she built a strong foundation in administrative operations and client service support.  She is known for her industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and commitment to accuracy, with a passion for getting things done right.

Outside of work, Patti is married to her husband, Roger, and together they have raised four children.  They now enjoy spending their free time with their granddaughter, who brings them immense joy.
